Congrats to the CJSD Boys Basketball Team 🏀🐏 They took first place 🥇 at the Many Farms Public School Cougar Classic this weekend in Chinle, Arizona. The boys played 6 games, with 5 games on Saturday. They came back from the losers bracket to win in the championship game! The score was tied 30-30 with 6 seconds left- 8th grader Anthony Carter hit a 3-point shot for the win! Great job to all the boys for their grit and determination against some tough teams! A special shout out to 8th grader Ilijah Fields being named tournament MVP 🏆 Go Rams! 💚 💛
