Morning drop off begins at 7:45 AM. Please do not drop your child off before this time. We are continuing to have students dropped off as early as 7:15 AM. We do not have staff on duty until 7:45 AM to monitor students. Thank you for helping us keep our students safe.

Caught Being Kind!
Kayleigh Williamson and Jaylin Mollohan, both 5th graders, were caught being kind at recess last week! Being kind to others is the Social Contract trait we are focusing on this month.
CJSD is in need of refillable water bottles and/or filled water bottles! It is hot outside, and the kids are thirsty. We do have 2 water bottle filling stations and drinking fountains for use, however we will take all the extra water we can get!
If you are willing and able to donate, please bring donations to the front office.

Cross Country Practice for 5th-8th graders will begin on Wednesday, August 14th at 2:30-3:30. Students will meet Mr.Sandoval in the music room for a short meeting and then begin practice.
Practices will be held Monday-Friday from 2:30-3:15. All meets will be on Wednesdays. A schedule will be sent home once finalized.
All runners need to bring water, appropriate clothing and running shoes to each practice.
Runners must have an athletic packet and sports physicals turned into the front office prior to Wednesday, August 14th.
