NATIVE AMERICAN EDUCATION ADVOCACY
SUPPORTING CLARKDALE-JEROME SCHOOL'S NATIVE AMERICAN STUDENTS
It is our intent that all Native American children of school age have equal access to all Clarkdale-Jerome School programs, services and activities.
To this end, the Clarkdale-Jerome School District invites local tribal officials, parents of Yavapai-Apache students, as well as community members to participate in the Native American Education and the Title VI (Impact Aid) Committee.
Prior to each group gathering, Principal Westcott sends an invitation by email as well as by US Mail to each of our Yavapai-Apache families and the Tribal Chairman to join in our meeting and conversation. Working together, we hope to strengthen our services to our Native American students.
The agenda and minutes of the Native American Education and Title VI Committee meetings are posted here.
